Kia ora ROPS whānau.
We will be holding the Parent Group Annual General Meeting on Wed, 2nd June at 7pm in the ROPS school staffroom.
All are welcome and we encourage your attendance to learn more about what we do and how the Parent Group operates.
At the AGM all Exec roles will be open for election – Chairperson, Vice Chair, Secretary and Treasurer. If you are interested in finding out more about the roles; would like to submit a nomination (for yourself or on behalf of someone else); or would like a copy of the Parent Group Constitution, please contact Megan or Rebecca at: parentgroup@rops.school.nz.
Nominations must be received at the Parent Group email address by 5pm on the day of the AGM in order to be eligible for election.
